At Enchanted Furry tales, I offer a personal grooming service for your dog; grooming only one dog at a time in a safe, stress-free relaxed home environment in a purpose built salon from my home. I am attentive to each individual dog's needs and allow frequent rest breaks if your dog requires it. The health and happiness of your dog is my number one priority.

Prior to your first groom as part of the service we offer a full Grooming consultation to talk through the groom.

Hand Stripping

Hand-stripping is the process of pulling the dead hair out of wire coated breeds (examples Border Terriers, Cairn Terriers, Rough haired Jack Russels and Minature Schnauzer)

A Standard Hand Strip Includes:

• Coat Hand Stripped
• Outline trimmed with scissors and tidy up
• Hygiene area cleaned and clipped if necessary
• Pads cleared and hair removed
• Ears cleaning
• Nails Clipping
• Bath (2 weeks later)
• Blow Dry
• Finishing Spray

Hand stripping as a general rule should be completed every 6 months.

Please ensure your dog has been walked and has been to the toilet prior to the groom so dog is comfortable.

Enchanted Furry Tales can collect and deliver your dog if required for an additional fee to cover the mileage.
